Inspiration for your natural hair journey
I wanted to share some images of hair inspiration which has kept me on the straight and narrow in my journey to grow my hair natural and free from chemical treatments.
At times embracing my new hair has been a learning kerb and hard but building my YouTube channel and trying new things and learning and sharing has helped me so much.
I am in love with my hair and I feel it has changed me so much, but a change that was welcomed.
I have now been Natural 14 Months since my last relaxer and 12 plus months since my big chop.
I transitioned (had part relaxed and natural roots) for 2 months before cutting off the remaining relaxer.
For those of you embarking on this exciting new you, exciting new journey always remember the reason why you wanted to go natural and hang in there.
Most of all remember we all have different hair types so hair envy should be just that envy but love what is on your head and do styles that suites your texture and style.
I have hair envy for big big long hair but right now I have neck length hair and I am happy with my hair.

I want to be an Entrepreneur
My mind is constantly thinking of a way to work hard and be happy.
I often stay up late and go to bed late with ideas running through my head and wake thinking of how to get that thought into something that works.
I have always been creative, hands on and I have always known that I want to work for myself and work and be happy.
I still keep on going ticking ideas and goals off my list and I will not stop until I make it all come together.
Anyone who decided to leave the regular 9-5 playing field in order to make their own dreams and aspirations work often are frowned upon.
If you step outside of that box many will talk or tell you that you are crazy.
Many will not say a thing but watch wishing that you fall, belive me there are people like that out there.
I made it my business after my youngest was born that now was the time to dig deep on my own business goals and directions because with him not being in school and time on my hands it was now or never.
Sometimes things will not work but I guess the reason for this blog right here is simply to say chase your dreams and follow your heart because when you have passion for something you will create the best work you ever could. When you lack passion you lack drive you lack determination to do your best.
Nothing is wrong with working the 9-5 rather than working for yourself but if you do work for something that inspires you that keeps you ticking skipping and happy.
Too many wait in a job just for that pension Why? would you not rather your last working days to make you look back and smile.

A good Dukan day
Dukan Update
So I am feeling really proud of myself today I had a great start by having a sausage and a pouched egg for my breakfast, I had a boiled egg for lunch I have not been feeling very hungry today.
For dinner I had chicken and veg and some low fat Greek yogurt later today.
It is so much easier to follow the diet when you plan ahead. I was looking forward to my chicken and veg today tomorrow I will be having roast chicken and veg.
I will let you know what I have tomorrow I plan on doing my Turbo jam work out tomorrow I am looking forward to that.

Hi all,
As I said in my previous post I now also use wordpress for blogging writing as well as Vlogs.
The info can be found below but I will still be using both sites.
I am still trying to shed pounds I still use Dukan elements and I am still a Natural.
I also do give always often on YouTube so if you have an account subscribe over there and here or word press and keep up to date.

11 Months natural almost a year (my thoughts0
I have been natural for almost a year and it was not easy.
Support from friends and family was not so great at first but now it has grown so much and so healthy I have a positive reaction.
I have had many along the way tell me oh just relax your hair already. I think some fail to realize that what I choose to put on my head is my own business I suffered with sensitive scalp and I tell you now my head is feeling 100x better.
My hair is thicker and healthier.
Those that say natural hair does not look good or is to hard to maintain have no clue and I tell youtube and the internet is what helped me.
Gone are the days of dry combing, Afro picking, hot iron and greasing up yr scalp. Once people inform their mind they would be so surprised.
I feel it is not for natural, relaxed or weaved individuals to judge but to embrace yourself and follow what makes you happy for me nothing makes me happier than seeing the hair that I was given and I have found if people chooses to not accept my hair they have no place around me period!
I am not a judgmental natural and I feel this is the way we all should be.
May I also add I have found wearing your hair natural has had different men interested in me through the fascination of seeing a girl who carries herself different from the flock.
I love my hair and I am a lover of healthier hair and lifestyle.

I have worked this out to be 12 stone 9 lbs Wow I am so happy I still have a way to go to reach my 1 stone goal so I have about 1 stone 9 pounds to lose.
That is 1 stone 9 lbs lost to date.
I am very happy and back on track with my diet.

Weigh in for today
181.2lbs / 12 stone 13 today yay I am in the 12 stones now and happy...
I am doing real well and restarted Pilates yesterday.
Still walking 40 mins 5 days a week and doing other workouts
