Riese UK'S Banana, berry and oat shake recipe (healthy lifestyle ideas)
Recipe for a jug
Half a carton of soya milk or semi skimmed milk
2 x bananas
one tablespoons of honey
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries
3 tablespoons of natural low fat yogurt
use a hand blender or a liquidizer blend until smooth.
add more soya/milk if needed or a little fruit juice to thin out how you desire
2/3 tablespoons of oats (fold this in at the end) DO NOT BLEND
